Working to preserve, restore and recreate historic homes and neighborhoods since 1994
|
Winner of the 2010 Sir
Walter Raleigh Award for
Community Appearance,
this successful project has
preserved the largest
remaining group of historic
homes in Raleigh's Historic
4th Ward and recreated a
dynamic urban community.
We are down to the last few
lots and are currently
selling new historic
reproduction homes. Click
here for more information.
This development will preserve a row of shotgun houses on the
edge of Boylan Heights and create a entirely new neighborhood of
historic reproduction homes. The first homes are now available!

In order to fill the gaps left by lost original
historic homes, and to make sure the details
are right, we are developing a series of plans
base on historic catalog homes and designed
with the particular needs of an urban location.

We are sponsoring this community
project to discover and preserve the
history of Raleigh's 4th Ward District.
As part of the plan we are working with
Raleigh's Parks and Recreation to
create a special greenway trail
commemorating this little known part of
Raleigh's past. 4th Ward Wiki-Site
